Healthy Breakfast Idea - Week One - Two Minutes



Here is the first recipe which is a quick delicious Herbalife breakfast shake that I would like to share with you. I drink this delicious meal replacement every morning because it takes a couple of minutes to make before I leave for work or I can put it in a flask and consume it on the way there or whilst I'm at my office desk.

Recipe (228 Calories)

-Add 2 tablespoons (26g) of free from vanilla formula 1 shake (gluten free) to a glass/flask

-Add 250-300 mls of Rice Milk

-You can also use Soya, Cow's, Goat and Almond etc. I prefer using vanilla or the original rice milk.

-You can also throw everything into a blender and add fruits and nuts if you choose and there are plenty of recipes available.

This a healthy balanced breakfast which provides you with key nutrients and 18 grams of protein and it aims to energise and sustain you for a few hours.
